Oracle , Itanium Processor and HP

Oracle announced that it is going to cease development for Itanium across its product line.
Itanium is the processor behind the HP Unix line and, even being produced by Intel, HP is the only major vendor using it.

Both Microsoft and RedHat have already stopped developing software for Itanium.
