functional key in 10g like 6i

migrating the oracle forms from version 6i to 10g.

In forms 10g the functional key like 6i then you need to do in window platform

1) Stop OC4J
2) Rename FRMWEB.RES TO FRMWEB_ORIG.RES,
3) COPY FRMPCWEB.RES TO FRMWEB.RES
4) Start OC4J

like:
F10 = save
F9 = List of value
F8 = execute query
